From award-winning stints in Hollywood and Vegas, Sushi Roku is now open in Scottsdale, located inside the W Scottsdale hotel. Sushi Roku's vast and colorful menu pushes the boundaries of modern Asian cuisine with a dazzling array of fresh sushi, luscious salads, thoughtful appetizers, and an extensive selection of hot entrees. For a truly authentic Japanese experience, allow Sushi Roku's masterfully skilled chefs prepare a signature "Omakase" dinner, a creatively orchestrated artistic presentation of signature Sushi Roku offerings.  Also offered are an array of non-sushi items like a 14-day aged rib-eye steak, filet mignon, and Chfilean Sea Bass. The lunch menu now features sandwiches, salads, and a $10 bento box.

Executive Chef Shin Toyoda brings his award-winning touch to the freshest ingredients flown in daily to create a menu that includes signature specialties such as Colorado lamb chops marinated in soy garlic and spicy jumbo pan-fried shrimp. The full service bar features a large selection of handpicked hot and cold sakes, special Asian-themed martinis and an extensive wine list for every occasion.
